The part of the Life Coaching I love is getting to develop relationships with my clients. In traditional therapy that is discouraged. Like any good coach, there is a reason we focus on the relationships; it's personal — it is a bond, a trust, and a journey we embark on together. All of those factors allow me to create a support system for people so they are not left without resources between sessions.

I know the answers we seek are within each of us. My focus is to assist my clients in finding the answers within. It is not my goal to impart my beliefs to my clients, but to assist them in discovering their own beliefs and truths. Change occurs from the inside by changing the beliefs we have about ourselves. Self-love, self-respect, self-value, self-appreciation, and self-care are the cornerstones of a healthy human!

My leap of faith was profound for me. What an amazing journey it has been! I believe in Hypnotherapy and Life Coaching. I have personally seen it produce amazing results for my clients. It has transformed my life and I share my experiences in how I have used Hypnotherapy and Life Coaching skills to improve my own life. It is so fulfilling I pinch myself sometimes to make sure it's real. It is an absolute dream and it's coming true every day.
